Beer Fridges are ideal for camping

Myself and my family do a lot of camping. We go with a non electric hookup. We take a coolbox which chills things like milk for a few days and for beer and wine I fill up an inflatable beer and wine cooler and put water in it. That is until now. Earlier this year we went camping with some relatives for a mass camping birthday party and one of the group had an electric pitch for their tent. Why we thought. Well the evidence soon became clear.

They had brought with them a beer fridge. The Husky Budweiser beer fridge to be precise. Well while I was drinking my slightly chilled beer which to be honest, because the weather was nice, was actually sitting in tepid water the relatives were drinking some nicely chilled lager. Ok so the beer wasn’t Budweiser but the fridge had chilled the beer to a perfect temperature. I quickly convinced them the fridge could take some more beer and my tepid beers were soon chilled to a perfect temperature as well.

So while we had the inevitable British BBQ the beer was nicely chilled even when camping. I wondered how they had decided a fridge for beer was a good resource for a camping trip. However when looking in the fridge which was being used for beer, wine, milk and the essentials for a nice fry up in the morning, such as bacon and sausages, I soon realised this was an essential piece of camping equipment for any trip. I have since made the essential purchases so take a look at our beer fridges which, if I am honest, have become an essential piece of our camping equipment. Here are a range of beer fridges in different signage that we used and have since purchased.
